The team at Brookvale were very helpful and shared their knowledge and experience. I was able to take samples home which lead to the most suitable choice. They were prompt in organising the work. Wee, who laid the carpet was punctual and did a great job. Very happy with the result.

Blake's contractors did a perfect carpet laying job. They worked efficiently and skillfully to get the carpet laying done quickly in a two bedroom apartment. The team of three guys were polite and a pleasure to deal with. They are an asset to Carpet Right Pymble. Well done guys!

After reading some of the positive reviews here, I feel that we must be talking about a different company. We went in wanting a quick installation of premium laminate flooring. We chose what we wanted quickly, borrowed 2 samples to compare colours & returned the next day with our decision. From there it went downhill. We were given a price for supply, but could not get an installation price & the sales people appeared to have no control over the measure & quote process & I can only assume that the installers just didn't want the job because it was too hard. Save yourself time, energy & money by just avoiding them all together. You are a disgrace!

Carpet Right were very helpful in explaining the various carpets on the market and the customer service received from particularly Greg at Belrose and Jo at Brookvale stores was very good. I chose a triexta eco carpet for bedroom. After several trips back to Carpet Right to find the right product and colour I am happy with the carpet, the price paid and assistance received in reaching a decision.

We dealt with Jo for our carpet installation, she was very knowledgeable and professional, plus flexible when we had to change the dates of the installation at the last minute. The installers were very good, they worked very professionally and helped us return all the heavy furniture afterwards. The quality of the carpet is excellent.

Initial interaction at store was satisfactory to proceed with transaction Second store visit, this was not Manuel , was an average experience when paying the deposit I needed to call to confirm that thd agreed date of laying of the carpet was going ahead .just as well , because the other consultant had not entered the agreed date into the system , despite paying the deposit and confirming the instillation date. The actual carpet layer also caused some concern when interacting wi the building manager about use of the lifts. I received a call from the building manager to alert me to his blow up and unprofessional . This left me upset as it had nothing to do with me. I possibly would not say this was a very positive experience all round even though I love the carpet. .

Thank you the quality of the carpet and the service at Carpet Right Roselle was fantastic. I wasn’t particularly impressed with the quality of your layers as they scratched the brand-new paintwork on my doors and walls horrendously and I will have to patch that. I totally understand that it’s probably a side-effect of carpeting, but I did feel like there was a high level of care From the contract layers. Just giving you the feedback.
