We know that once you’ve bought your flooring, you’ll want to settle it into its new home right away. So, as soon as we’ve received your order, it will normally be packaged up and on its way within 2 working days after receiving it from our manufacturer which could take up to 5 business days.
Australia is BIG! So we have therefore decided to limit our delivers to Greater Sydney only at this stage:

RETURNS TERMS & CONDITIONS
For a change of mind after purchase (7 days of receipt of your shipment), we need to apply a return shipping fee (per item – includes insurance) & a 20% restocking fee (per item). We will then provide you with a credit/exchange/refund for the difference. Please note only unused new items will be accepted for return. Any items returned to us showing signs of use will not be credited. The items must be in re saleable condition including that:
the item is in its original packaging
Colour variances are classified as a change of mind return & above charges apply. Please allow for colour to vary slightly, as every screen monitor is different.

Cancellation of Orders:
Carpet Right (info@carpetright.com.au) may cancel your order if we are unable to fulfill it. In this unlikely event we will contact you should this occur.
Damaged in Transit / Faulty / Incorrect:
Please contact with photos of your items damage and labels immediately. We will investigate your concern and we will offer the best remedy dependent on circumstances, which include: repair, replacement, return, refunds or store credit / partial store credit. Please keep the original packaging as you may need to return your item, you will need to securely package to ensure no damage in return transit. Items damaged in return transit can void returns.
