We have just had the house recarpeted by Carpet Right Willoughby and are very happy with the experience. The price was good, Cindy was very responsive and saved us money by optimising how the carpet could be laid and the carpet layers did a great job.

I could not be happier with the whole process from carpet selection, price, measuring up , quote and installation. The floors look excellent. All done on time and with friendly staff.

Carpet Right offered such great service and we are really happy with the results. The initial quote was so easy & quick, then the friendly staff at the Willoughby store did a great job of arranging the installation. The installer was very professional - friendly, well organised and managed to finish 2 rooms in quick time. The end result is better than we expected and has refreshed 2 tired looking bedrooms. It was great value for money and came with such excellent service. We would definitely recommend Carpet Right for big jobs or small.

Recently I had my rumpus room recarpeted. The detail in the workmanship resulted in an excellent job. Now the whole house has new fresh carpets that we all enjoy.

Carpet Right was a great help upgrading an investment property. Customer service was excellent, specifically allowing for remote selection of carpet, and installation was both on time and well done. Would use again.
