These guys were great! Highly recommend. I needed carpeting within a short window of time in between housemates moving in and out and I was impressed they were able to provide what we needed, at a reasonable price, in an efficient and timely manner. Communication was fantastic throughout so I always knew where things were up to. Petros was super helpful explaining and walking me through the process (even when I'd measured the room wrongly), and gave great advice where needed. Ash did a fantastic job with the install and was very friendly, courteous, and professional. All the edges were properly secured, I can't tell where the seams are, and it all looks perfectly fresh and tidy. The quality of the job was much better than the company we'd gone with for previous carpeting. We're very happy - thanks guys!

Great service. Luke in the showroom helped us pick what we wanted and let us take home as many samples as we liked. Once we chose, delivery and installation happened quickly and the installer was great at his job. We are very happy with the new carpet and the service we received.

Luke and the team at Carpetright in Brookvale were super helpful. Honest, courteous and professional both in store and during installation. We had a lot of trouble trying to deconflict trades on the day of install so Carpetright sent someone out as early as possible (Jamie, absolute legend) and they were super patient with other work going on. Most of all, I'm extremely happy with the end result and it was done in less than half the time I expected. Cant recommend them enough.

Great service from the Salesman Kim at the Chatswood store, Installer Glen and administration Lauren when a discrepancy had to be resolved. The experience went smoothly. Highly recommended as there was a $400 difference with Carpet Call, compared to Carpet Right AND they came to my place to double check the measurements! Great Work.
